The widespread acknowledgment of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a fundamental component educational strategies is key context for understanding the findings our study, which focused on use technology by educators in higher education, particularly health professions domain. This study examines usage patterns factors influencing active implementation among educators. A cross-sectional survey involving 202 from six institutions Morocco reveals their high confidence Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), notably domains. highlights prevalence passive digital learning activities over approaches. Educators actively employing display enhanced TPACK, emphasizing significance TPACK development effective integration teaching practices. The fear of being without a mobile phone, known as nomophobia, is new psychological issue that has arisen with the widespread use information and communication technologies. To understand this phenomenon, more research needed. present study aimed to assess factor structure Moroccan dialect version Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q) among sample university students. included 400 students selected by convenience sampling from two universities (Fez Rabat). First, an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted using principal component method Varimax rotation. Then, Confirmatory (CFA), Structural Equation Modeling (ESEM) were carried out. results showed 20-item, four-factor model best fit for data collected sample, indicating cross-cultural validity robustness NMP-Q's structure. Abstract Background Healthcare education is crucial for building a workforce in Qatar that line with Vision 2030. Although various factors influence career choices, little research exists on their impact healthcare students Qatar. This study explores the influencing to pursue careers, as well facilitators and challenges they face during education. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 364 Quantitative data analyzed identify key choice, while qualitative provided deeper insights into support systems. Results findings identified “contribution society” “quality” shaping choices. Demographic variables such gender, income, birthplace influenced these decisions. Qualitative analysis revealed numerous challenges, academic demands, financial pressures, logistical difficulties, but were mitigated by from family, peers, institutional resources. Conclusion underscores importance of tailored systems foster student retention success education, particularly diverse cultural backgrounds.
