This study aimed to evaluate Finnish educators' perceptions of their current level continuing professional development and identify distinct profiles in competence development. The health social care system faces multiple challenges, including aging populations, cultural diversity increasingly complex client needs. To implement new digital interprofessional working methods, professionals must be highly competent innovative. Educators' is crucial for delivering high-quality education. used secondary analysis a cross-sectional survey. initial developed the EduProDe scale sample comprised 422 educators IBM SPSS Statistics version 25.0 was statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics were calculated different groups among based on subdimensions scale. described using identified by K-means clustering. Based educators´ responses scale, they clustered into three significantly profiles: Experiencing Support Continuous Learning (A), Needing (B) Self-Directed Learners (C). results show that are diverse learners. It's important consider individual characteristics, like education work field, when planning In addition, findings enhance support continuous learning from superiors. Through this knowledge, organizations can factors beyond needs
