Abstract
Stefano
Marcaccini
was
one
of
the
pioneers
in
use
isocyanide-based
multicomponent
reactions
organic
synthesis.
Throughout
his
career
at
University
Florence
he
explored
many
different
faces
isocyanide
chemistry,
especially
those
geared
towards
synthesis
biologically
relevant
heterocycles.
His
work
inspired
researchers
who
contributed
to
other
important
developments
field
and
created
a
school
synthetic
chemists
that
continues
today.
In
this
manuscript
we
intend
review
articles
on
published
by
Dr.
analyse
their
influence
following
works
researchers.
With
this,
hope
highlight
immense
contribution
development
chemistry
modern
as
well
research
future
generations.
We
believe
will
not
only
be
well-deserved
tribute
figure

aim
this
study
is
to
synthesize
the
benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-c]
phenazine
compound
based
on
lawsone
with
caffeine
catalyst
using
one-pot
multicomponent
reaction
method
and
test
its
antioxidant
activity.The
formation
target
was
evaluated
for
functional
group
vibration,
maximum
wavelength,
molecular
weight
by
FTIR,
UV-Vis
Spectrophotometer,
LCMS,
which
showed
characteristics
compound.The
synthesized
3-amino-2-cyano-1-(2-hydroxyl-phenyl)-1H-benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-c]
formula
C26H16N4O2.At
optimum
condition
reaction,
use
able
give
a
product
yield
67.2%.The
potential
as
an
could
be
classified
good
IC50
value
14.26
ppm.
