there
is
a
critical
need
for

show
promising
potential
this
domain.
The
present
review
focuses
on
novel
advances
synthesis
of
these
important
scaffolds
other
medicinal
aspects
involving
drug
design,
structure–activity
relationship,
action
mechanisms
quinazolinone
to
help
development
derivatives.
