suggest
evolutionary
science

provide

emphasize
the
role

adaptive
mechanisms
shaping
behavior

for
integration
hierarchical
theories
goal-directed
cognition
flexibility,
order
unravel
motivations
behind
actions
that,
themselves,
seem
disconnected
from
goals.
