Therefore, conducting a comprehensive evaluation approval experience associated information will facilitate expedited identification highly potent molecules. this review, we comprehensively summarized relevant regarding applications, chemical synthesis drugs, with aim providing promising structural basis design inspiration for pharmaceutical chemists.
