Purpose
The
rapid
growth
of
halal
tourism
over
the
past
decade
has
made
it
a
lucrative
market,
with
destinations
competing
for
Muslim
travellers.
This
study
examines
factors
influencing
tourists'
intention
to
visit
in
Indonesia,
using
push-pull-mooring
(PPM)
model
understand
this
phenomenon.
Design/methodology/approach
Data
were
collected
self-administered
questionnaire.
A
total
328
usable
responses
used
analyse
data.

conceptual
framework
was
tested
covariant-based
structural
equation
modelling
(CB-SEM).
Findings
Results
indicate
that

pull
and

influence

destinations.
