Labuan Bajo tourist destination is one of the super priority destinations in Indonesia. The importance obtaining and analyzing tourists' reviews to understand their preferences views on existing facilities services. Therefore, this research conducted obtain analyze visitor review data obtained from TripAdvisor Google Maps. methods used these are Lexicon-Based for labeling, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest classification. labeling results using method showed 4187 positive reviews, 1796 negative 1774 neutral reviews. classification was performed SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) without due imbalance. Results with SVM an accuracy 0.89, precision 0.95, recall 0.85, f1-measure 0.90, ROC AUC value 0.94, 0.87, 0.91, 0.86, 0.88, 0.93. determination scale done by top 10 words number sentiments related development. frequently occurring sentiment were 'beautiful,' 'natural,' 'exotic,' 'scenic,' 'clean,' 'ancient,' 'amazed,' 'historical.' preservation natural historical assets must be maintained continuously preserved.On other hand, 'expensive,' 'cost,' 'guide,' 'road,' 'garbage,' 'hot.' Based words, development transportation infrastructure undoubtedly needed enhance attractiveness as a destination.

Adult child-parent travel is a prevalent, but understudied, phenomenon in Confucian Asian countries. To better understand how adult children evaluate such tourism experiences, this research re-conceptualizes dimensions of family interaction and examines their impacts on future intention within the mainland China context using mixed-method approach. Guided by McMaster model Family Functioning, qualitative findings suggest that includes three dimensions: Communication, Affective Interaction, Problem Solving. Additionally, analysis data collected from 451 Chinese who traveled with parents reveals positively influences through enhanced intimacy increased tourist engagement. This study contributes not only to existing literature also provides guidance for fostering positive interactions, aiming ensure sustainable development travel.

Abstract Over the past 5 years, Indonesia has faced numerous sudden crises due to its geographical location along Pacific Ring of Fire, making it prone natural disasters, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions. These events highlight frequent occurrence in underscore need for robust disaster preparedness response systems. Effective crisis management requires a strategy that immediately informs organizations health sector necessary actions. This study aims investigate effects safety culture (SC), supportive environment (SE), commitment (MC), social media usage on internal communication (ICC) during Indonesia. It also compares multiple regression models between employees private public sectors. A cross‐sectional questionnaire survey was conducted with 567 full‐time from various who have been directly affected by crises. The findings reveal that, employees, all antecedents negatively impact ICC except SC MC. In contrast, positively MC perceived usefulness media. highlights importance MC, an SE, SC, determining employees’ significance SE perceptions is similarly emphasized.
