Adult
child-parent
travel
is
a
prevalent,
but
understudied,
phenomenon
in
Confucian
Asian
countries.
To
better
understand
how
adult
children
evaluate
such
tourism
experiences,
this
research
re-conceptualizes
dimensions
of
family
interaction
and
examines
their
impacts
on
future
intention
within
the
mainland
China
context
using
mixed-method
approach.
Guided
by
McMaster
model
Family
Functioning,
qualitative
findings
suggest
that

three
dimensions:
Communication,
Affective
Interaction,
Problem
Solving.

analysis

from
451
Chinese

Over
the

Indonesia
has
faced

sudden
crises
due
to
its
geographical
location
along
Pacific
Ring

Fire,
making
it
prone
natural
disasters,
such
as
earthquakes,
tsunamis,
and
volcanic
eruptions.
These
events
highlight
frequent
occurrence
in
underscore
need
for
robust
disaster
preparedness
response
systems.
Effective
crisis
management
requires
a
strategy
that
immediately
informs
organizations
health
sector
necessary
actions.
This
study
aims
investigate
effects
safety
culture
(SC),
supportive
environment
(SE),
commitment
(MC),
social
media
usage
on
internal
communication
(ICC)
during
Indonesia.
It

compares
multiple
regression
models
between
employees

public
sectors.

cross‐sectional
questionnaire
