Difenoconazole (DFZ) is a typical triazole fungicide, which widely used in agricultural production, but residues of DFZ the environment pose serious hazard to non-target organisms. Ferulic acid (FA) phenolic compound with pharmacological activities such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. The purpose this study was investigate hepatic damage carp mechanism action FA alleviating tissue induced by exposure carp. It discovered that improved liver carp's capability decreased accumulation ROS tissue. Meanwhile, controlled transcriptional levels inflammation-related factors prevented inflammatory response brought on NF-κB signaling pathway. Additionally, TUNEL results demonstrated beginning apoptosis, whereas dietary supplementation reduced protein expression Bax Cytochrome C (Cyt c) apoptosis-related genes, increased Bcl-2. In conclusion, protects against injury modulating oxidative damage, inflammation apoptosis.

Abstract Abamectin toxicity in humans is an uncommon but potentially fatal cause of pesticide poisoning. In this case report, a 14-year-old boy drank almost 50 ml 1.8% spray. Based on the history given by his brother, patient initially got irritable with strong smell poison and froth coming out mouth. At time presentation Emergency Department (ED), was vomiting then gradually developed altered mental status hypotension, tachycardia, hyperaemic conjunctiva, dermal erythema. He treated symptomatically antihistamines, steroids, fluids, vaso-active agents. His vitals stabilised within 24 hours intake after 3 days hospital stay including 2 observation, he discharged good condition complete recovery. Although abamectin intoxication has higher threshold for humans, there are still increasing number cases it. Consumption substantial amounts can prove to be fatal. There lack literature research its mechanism toxicity, pathophysiology, or management guidelines. Yet like managed based supportive principles recovery no sequelae.
