The spontaneous echo contrast (SEC) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) indicates a prethrombic state that ultimately progresses into thrombus formation. A comprehensive understanding of specific plasma metabolomics characteristics may protect AF from thrombus, particularly the early stage. Through investigation metabolic pathways, we endeavor to uncover metabolomic associated SEC states, and examine differential metabolites by which exert their influence on thrombotic states. Patients were enrolled, participants divided three groups based results echocardiogram: non-SEC, low-SEC high-SEC group. Samples collected subjected non-targeted analysis. analytical process included data quality control, metabolite difference analysis, component Kegg cluster etc. RESULTS: Our phenotype revealed clear pattern between non-SEC. Specifically, identified 35 142 significantly venous plasma, respectively, suggesting be involved pervasive dysregulation degree is more severe than blood. have different compared those without SEC. work promoted mechanism occurrence development SEC, facilitated screening target for its therapeutic intervention, provided evidence prevention treatment or thrombosis AF. also new directions subsequent research related fields. In conclusion, our study not only provides theoretical basis AF, but recommendations daily diet such as balanced intake essential amino acids, avoiding excessive benzoic acid, appropriate inositol.
