Mycotoxins, toxic secondary metabolites produced by fungi, pose a significant threat to food safety and human health. The occurrence of mycotoxins in commodities necessitates accurate reliable detection methods. Advanced techniques, such as chromatographic techniques immunochemical assays, have improved sensitivity specificity. However, the lack standardized reference material, particularly less privileged countries, hinders method validation proficiency testing, ultimately affecting mycotoxin testing regulation. Moreover, these are complex they require specialized equipment, well-trained personnel, thus limiting their practical applications. Processed jujube products are susceptible to contamination by fungi such as Aspergillus spp., which produces mycotoxins that could lead health problems in consumers. In this study, 58 samples of processed (including 5 types dried jujubes) were collected from different markets Shihezi (Xinjiang, China). The fungal diversity and the isolated systematically analyzed through high-throughput sequencing molecular biological identification (based on ITS and/or BenA CaM regions). total, 105 strains identified belonging dominant genera , Cladosporium Alternaria Penicillium . High-throughput indicated Didymella products. ELISA showed A. flavus produced about 19.3862–21.7583 μg/L, 6.5309–11.0411 0–15.4407 0–5.6354 0–6.0545 μg/L AFT, AFB 1 2 AFM respectively. addition, concentrations OTA niger, tubingensis, ochraceus found range 5.2019 18.5207 μg/L. Therefore, separation with good mycotoxin-producing abilities poses a latent threat consumer health.

Molds are frequent indoor contaminants, where they can colonize many materials. The subsequent aerosolization of fungal spores from moldy surfaces strongly impact air quality and the health occupants. investigation contamination habitations is a key point in evaluating sanitary risks understanding relationship that may exist between presence on contamination. Abstract Patulin, a fungal secondary metabolite with multiple toxicities, is widely existed in variety of fruits and their products. This not only causes significant economic losses to the agricultural food industries but also poses serious threat human health. Conventional techniques mainly involved physical chemical methods present several challenges include incomplete patulin degradation, high technical cost, fruit quality decline. In comparison, removal mycotoxin through biodegradation regarded as greener safer strategy which has become popular research. Among them, yeast unique advantage detoxification effect application, attracted our attention. Therefore, this review provides comprehensive account species that can degrade patulin, degradation mechanism, current application status, future challenges. Yeasts efficiently convert into nontoxic or low‐toxic substances biodegradation. Alternatively, it use adsorption, advantages safety, efficiency, environmental friendliness. In this study, the effects of gamma radiation on decontamination fungus, physicochemi-cal properties, and molecular analysis Aspergillus spp. common spices for storage were evaluated. After being irradiated with doses 0, 2, 4, 6 kGy sealed in glass vials, stored at room temperature 180 days. Among tested spice samples, chili, turmeric, black pepper powder showed highest presence fungal contamination compared to cumin, coriander, garlic, ginger samples. Microscopy was used identify a total 48 isolates, which 11 Mucor, 25 Penicillium, 12 Aspergillus. By polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification sequencing internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, genera identified among them: 5 7 red chili. The also reduced number microbes control group. best found kill organ-isms studied spices. These 4 turmeric pepper, 2 ginger. Measurements physicochemical parameters not significantly impacted by 180-day exposure radiation; however, fungi drastically decreased. Many studies have drawn conflicting conclusions about relationships between labour transfers, monetarily buildup, growth, and living standards in different settings, but only partially so. This study aimed to investigate the dietary effects of mycotoxin adsorbents Mycostop Premium® and Duplo® on piglets' productive performance serum enzyme activities. A total 100 weaned piglets (28 days old) were randomly assigned five treatment groups (20 in each group) for a duration 42 days. The treatments included: control group C with no adsorbent; E1 supplemented adsorbent amount 1kg/t feed; E2 2.5kg/t E3 E4 feed. All diets formulated be isocaloric isonitrogenous. results revealed significant improvements parameters, including average daily gain (ADG), feed intake (ADFI), conversion ratio (FCR), fed containing adsorbents. Serum activities also assessed gauge impact health. liver enzymes aspartate transaminase (AST), gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT), gut health-related (amylase lipase) evaluated. The objective of this study was to understand the maize production chain in Republic Honduras, and identify potential obstacles hindering grain end-quality. Seventy-one municipalities across six departments Western Honduras were surveyed: Copán, Intibucá, La Paz, Lempira, Ocotepeque, Santa Bárbara. A total 871 surveys collected, out which 725 from rural areas 146 urban areas. sampling design reflected population density population-based indicators USAID's Feed Future initiative, such as poverty level prevalence underweight non-pregnant females between ages 15 49. Survey instruments designed for either farmers or marketers used collect data including seed source, type planted, intercropping, time harvest, drying storage practices, quality control, consumption patterns. Farmers preferred plant criolla (native) (81–96%), although non-native varieties grown consumed (3–13%).
