Abstract A solar photovoltaic energy supply chain (SPvESC) is a global network with several linkages, including mineral and metal mining, material processing, module panel manufacturing. Due to the wide range of uncertainties unfavorable environmental effects associated current linear business models, this vulnerable disruptions. Strengthening resilience SPvESCs crucial for addressing any disturbances. This requires identifying key enablers in SPvESCs, an area that has been understudied existing literature. An enabler aspect facilitates achievement goal by another aspect. research contributes literature systematically investigating achieve resilience. Thus, objective analysis identify have potential enhance Türkiye. was done applying Nominal Group Technique (NGT) conjunction review Neutrosophic (N)-DEMATEL then utilized determine relationships between identified enablers. Finally, results were validated using N-DELPHI. The revealed sensing seizing new adaptability changes novel generation information technologies, contingency plans natural man-made disasters most influential findings provide implications practitioners, policymakers, researchers help ensure improved SPvESCs.

The resilient food supply chain (RFSC) has been identified as an effective model for mitigating (FSC) risks. However, there exist many barriers impacting the implementation of RFSC. Further, previous studies seldom utilize integrated decision models identifying and ranking to implementing RFSC within uncertain environments. Thus, study establishes interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy (IVFF) framework identify rank these barriers. is classified into four stages. First, interaction between preference information, we introduce IVFF-prioritized weighted average (PWA) operator collect this information. Then, IVFF-CRITIC method proposed calculate barrier weights considering their inter-correlation relationships. Next, IVFF-PWA are incorporated PROMETHEE-II levels alternative participation in FSC. a case about analyzing employed test effectiveness practicality presented framework. result shows that processing company (priority: 0.161) highest level. findings article may offer support stakeholders industry.

Redundancy and flexibility are important key drivers for achieving supply chain resilience. However, there is a lack of comparison between these two elements, their effectiveness on resilience, as well how relationship affects it. To address problems, this study synthesizes the literature redundancy, flexibility, clarifies specific strategies aligning redundancy resilience in practice. In particular, it identifies dimensions delineates four statuses: vulnerable, robust, lean, resilient. The understanding leads to management framework, which provides operational guidance enterprises evaluate vulnerability improve operation status. Overall, framework contributes with roles that play terms manifestations interactions.

This paper presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis and literature review on maritime transport resilience its impact international trade. It categorizes benchmarks risks affecting resilience, including climate change, geopolitical conflicts, public health events. Previous research focuses change-related risks, primarily sea-level rise storms, evolving from qualitative to quantitative methods. Research events, especially pandemics, has emerged, highlighting global supply chain transport. However, more economic evaluations utilizing analytical models simulations are needed assess costs benefits of adaptation strategies. Limited exists their trade, with fragmented studies lacking attention in this critical direction. Recent conflicts like the Sino-US trade conflict, Russia-Ukraine war, Israeli-Palestinian conflict have profoundly affected economy. Future should prioritize implications particularly regarding risks. In-depth evaluations, modeling, numerical necessary inform policymakers industry practitioners for enhancing shipping sector. The study offers valuable insights, guiding further investigations contributing development robust chain.
