Enrofloxacin (ENR) is a veterinary antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in livestock. It chiefly persists foods and dairy products, which turn pose severe risks human health. Hence it very important detect the ENR products safeguard Herein, we attempted develop single-step detection lateral flow immunochromatographic assay (LFIA) using gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) for rapid on-site of milk samples. An anti-enrofloxacin monoclonal antibody (ENR-Ab) was conjugated with AuNPs specific For sensitivity improvement, many optimization steps were conducted on LFIA test strips. The visual limit (vLOD) found be 20 ng/ml cut-off value 50 obtained LOD within safety guidelines Ministry food drug safety, South Korea. strip showed negligible cross-reactivity analogs, other components antibiotics, this indicates high specificity towards ENR. designed good reliability. results can seen 10 min without need special equipment.
