Implantable chemical sensors built with flexible and biodegradable materials exhibit immense potential for seamless integration biological systems by matching the mechanical properties of soft tissues eliminating device retraction procedures. Compared conventional hospital-based blood tests, implantable have capability to achieve real-time monitoring high accuracy important biomarkers such as metabolites, neurotransmitters, proteins, offering valuable insights clinical applications. In clinical diagnostics, sensitive and accurate biomarker monitoring is greatly challenged by the limitations of false positive/negative errors in single-modal photoelectrochemical analysis. Herein, we propose a multimode immunoassay integrating photoelectrochemical, colorimetric, photothermal imaging analysis into one electrode. The immunosensors could simultaneously achieve three detection modes at electrode, which provided new pathway for target prostate-specific antigen (PSA) circumvented false-positive or negative during process. To this end, an integrated multifunctional chip (TiO2/ZIF-8/Cu(II)) was first constructed via situ embedding Cu(II) Metal–organic framework growth Then, alkaline phosphatase-labeled magnetic probe designed to split-type PSA. sodium thiophosphate solution, generated H2S react with form small-size CuS due nanoconfinement ZIF-8 thus result formation p–n heterojunctions (TiO2/ZIF-8/CuS). TiO2/ZIF-8/CuS efficiently improve light-harvesting ability facilitate charge separation efficiency, finally resulting increased photocurrent PEC mode. Furthermore, constructing portable colorimetric sensors based on Arduino microcontroller imager, also point-of-care visual modes, as situ-formed exhibited peroxidase-mimicking activity outstanding properties. work had important prospects establishing immunoassays cancer markers early disease diagnosis.

Abstract As a new class of porous crystalline materials, hydrogen‐bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) assembled from building blocks by hydrogen bonds have gained increasing attention. HOFs benefit advantages including mild synthesis, easy purification, and good recyclability. However, some transform into unstable after desolvation, which hinders their further applications. Nowadays, the main challenges developing lie in stability improvement, porosity establishment, functionalization. Recently, more stable permanently been reported. Of all these design strategies, stronger charge‐assisted coordination proven to be effective for stable, porous, functional solids called hybrid HOFs, ionic metallized HOFs. This Review discusses rational synthesis principles cutting‐edge applications selective inclusion, proton conduction, gas separation, catalysis so forth.

Abstract The establishment of green and environmental friendly sunlight‐driven organic reactions has received increasing attention since the 21st century. By virtue their functional designability, micromesoporous structure, thermal/chemical stability, porous polymers (POPs) have exhibited enormous promise in photocatalytic as ideal potential alternatives to conventional small molecule inorganic semiconductor catalysts. In particular, amorphous POPs are simplified terms preparation conditions process flow. Herein, various POP materials based on intrinsic microporosity, hypercrosslinked polymers, conjugated microporous aromatic frameworks reviewed, while typical synthetic strategies briefly introduced. It also highlights an overview research progress oxidation, coupling, reduction, cycloaddition, polymerization at home abroad recent years. Finally, challenges prospects for future presented.
