The increasing awareness of environmental issues and the transition to green analytical chemistry (GAC) have gained popularity among academia industry in recent years. To improve separation efficiency and address the adverse effects of electro-osmosis, a coated capillary was used to shield electroosmosis. Following rapid developments in capillary electrophoresis (CE), this technology has become an established analytical technique owing to its microscale characteristics, high speed, efficiency, and versatility. However, the challenges of poor peak stability and/or reproducibility have consistently hindered wider applications. CE long been used as a measurement tool for plotting signal intensities versus migration time; however, time is not independent variable CE, but affected by many direct indirect parameters, including (length, diameter, inner surface properties), electric field (or voltage, current, power), temperature, running buffer (electrolytes, additives, solvents, their concentration, buffering pH, etc.). These intricacies render acquisition reproducible electropherograms difficult. Various studies ranging from those on early stages development exploration three important strategies conducted address issue.
