There are great challenges in the field of natural product isolation and purification pharmacological study oligosaccharide monomers. ABSTRACT In this work, we compared the chromatographic properties of 27 homemade monomer‐ and polymer‐modified stationary phases synthesized via Ugi reaction for hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC). These along with unmodified substrate were characterized by retention factors 33 polar biologically active compounds belonging to various classes (nucleobases/nucleosides, sugars, carboxylic acids, water‐soluble vitamins). The glycosylation process plays a crucial role in the structural integrity and biological activity of glycoproteins, where glycans are attached to protein backbone. This study examines influence ionic strength organic modifier selection on fluorescently dextran ladders Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography (HILIC).
