Polymeric foams offer significant benefits in terms of resource conservation. Foam injection molding (FIM) is a common mass-production technique used for preparing polymeric foams. Recently, we developed an inline near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopic sensor to monitor the concentrations blowing agents dissolved polymers during process. The proposed was suitable measuring carbon dioxide (CO2); however, nitrogen (N2), it still challenging because N2 infrared-inactive. A scheme this research overcame problem by estimating concentration from changes polymer density resulting dissolution. NIR absorption peak changed dissolution processing. multivariate model and equation state were combined estimate spectrum. method provides precise into as physical agent.

Several methods are used to accomplish the storage of thermal energy (TE). One promising approach is use waste materials (WM) as mediums. The different kinds TES can be divided into three separate categories: sensible heat, latent and thermo-chemical heat storage. Different industrial municipal WM their byproducts have been identified suitable materials. More possibilities always being searched for increase effectiveness systems.
