The
common
method
of
mass
analysis
in
a
linear
ion
trap
spectrometer
is
to
eject
ions
with
different
mass-to-charge
ratios
(m/z)
at
times
by
resonance
excitation.
Ions
are
ejected
onto
an
electron
multiplier
(EM),
generating
pulsed
signals
called
the
ejection
signal.
Typically,
signal
consisting
multiple
pulses
smoothed
into
wider
Gaussian-like
pulse
due
limited
bandwidth
electronic
system.
For
scan
rates
and
samples,
this
bandwidth-limited
system
smoothing
process
will
differentially
increase
peak
width
thus
decrease
resolution.
In
study,
experiments
were
performed
on
"Brick"
miniature
spectrometer.
We
propose
multistage
frequency
scanning
mode
that
achieves
improved
resolution
extended
range,
which
fractional
Fourier
transform
applied
signals.

ABSTRACT
Water
microdroplets
have
been
shown
to
possess
unique
properties.
For
instance,
compared
bulk
water,

accelerate
chemical
reactions
by
several
orders
of
magnitude
and
trigger
that
cannot
occur
in
water.
These
phenomena
generated
significant
interest
various
fields
like
atmospheric
science,
green
synthesis,
materials
preparation.

Rationale
The
sources
and
chemical
compositions
of
organic
aerosol
(OA)
exert
a
significant
influence
on
both
regional
global
atmospheric
conditions,
thereby
having
far‐reaching
implications
environmental
chemistry.
However,
existing
mass
spectrometry
(MS)
methods
have
limitations
in
characterizing
the
detailed
composition
OA
due
to
selective
ionization
as
well
fractionation
during
cold‐water
extraction
solid‐phase
(SPE).
Methods
A
comprehensive
MS
study
was
conducted
using
samples
collected
dusty,
clean,
polluted
days.
To
supplement
data
obtained
from
electrospray
(ESI),
strategy
for
analyzing
OAs
quartz
fiber
filter
directly
utilizing
laser
desorption
(LDI)
employed.
Additionally,
ESI
method
explore
suitable
approaches
determining
various

LDI
