Ratiometric fluorescent films with high amine sensitivity and stability were developed to monitor the freshness of beef pork. Based on the double Rabi splitting experiment in methylene blue (MB) - silver nanocavity, a structural model of MB molecular clusters and dual metal nanoparticles was established.
