This study aimed to enhance the valorization of Chaenomeles speciosa leaves as a sustainable source bioactive phenolics. An innovative ionic liquid-based ultrasound-assisted extraction (IL-UAE) method was developed for extracting phenolic compounds. Among 10 structurally diverse ILs, [BMIM]Br demonstrated superior performance. Using combination single-factor design and response surface methodology (RSM), optimal parameters IL-UAE were determined be concentration 1.33 mol/L, ultrasonic power 380 W, time min, liquid-to-solid ratio 22 mL/g. Under these conditions, yield C. total phenolics (CSL-TP) 78.14 ± 0.35 mg/g, which substantially higher than those obtained via conventional heat reflux UAE. After extraction, microstructures examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), confirmed effectiveness IL-UAE. Subsequently, NKA-II resin column chromatography effectively purify crude CSL-TP extracts, guided by leakage elution curve evaluations, yielding extracts with purity 75.40 % 1.93 %. A UPLC-QqQ-MS/MS quantitative analysis nine major in purified extracts. Furthermore, bioactivity assessments that efficiently scavenged radicals inhibited proliferation HCT-116 HT-29 cell lines. The detection and quantification of veterinary drug residues in meat remain a significant challenge due to the complex background interference inherent matrix, which compromises stability accuracy spectroscopic analysis. This study introduces an advanced label-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) platform for precise identification drugs. By employing dual enhancement strategy involving sodium borohydride activation calcium ion-deuterium oxide guidance, this achieves efficient capture signal amplification molecules on highly active nanoparticles. High-quality SERS spectra were obtained carprofen, doxycycline hydrochloride, chloramphenicol, penicillin G salt, enabling accurate classification suppression. In addition, application machine learning algorithms, including PCA-LDA, heatmap, decision tree modeling, allows differentiation mixed samples. Quantitative analyses samples achieved through intensity ratios multivariate curve resolution-alternate least-squares (MCR-ALS) analysis, with results showing high consistency high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) measurements. These findings highlight potential SERS-based rapid multicomponent food matrices.

Ciprofloxacin has been extensively utilized in aquaculture due to its remarkable efficacy preventing and treating bacterial infections fish animals. However, the widespread application of ciprofloxacin led significant residue accumulation, necessitating development rapid, sensitive specific detection methods. In this study, we developed a novel dual-mode quantitative immunochromatographic assay based on portable reader photothermal instrument, enabling on-site detection. Under optimized conditions, mode (Mode 1) achieved range 0.1-100.0 ng/L with limit (LOD) 0.1 ng/mL. The instrument 2) 0.1-500.0 ng/mL an LOD sensitivity accuracy method were validated using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay. The dissipation pattern and mobility of applied pesticides in the soil represent a crucial process for pesticide safety subsequent groundwater contamination.
