The detection and quantification of veterinary drug residues in meat remain a significant challenge due to the complex background interference inherent matrix, which compromises stability accuracy spectroscopic analysis. This study introduces an advanced label-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) platform for precise identification drugs. By employing dual enhancement strategy involving sodium borohydride activation calcium ion-deuterium oxide guidance, this achieves efficient capture signal amplification molecules on highly active nanoparticles. High-quality SERS spectra were obtained carprofen, doxycycline hydrochloride, chloramphenicol, penicillin G salt, enabling accurate classification suppression. In addition, application machine learning algorithms, including PCA-LDA, heatmap, decision tree modeling, allows differentiation mixed samples. Quantitative analyses samples achieved through intensity ratios multivariate curve resolution-alternate least-squares (MCR-ALS) analysis, with results showing high consistency high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) measurements. These findings highlight potential SERS-based rapid multicomponent food matrices.

The detection of small molecule analytes (SMAs) is great significance for food and drug testing, environmental monitoring, disease diagnosis. However, the performance commercially available SMA immunoassays limited by their low sensitivity specificity due to competitive format, leaving significant room improvement. In recent years, application noncompetitive SMAs has become a hot topic, especially with rapid evolution antibody development technology. remarkable anti-immune complex (anti-IC) reagents targeting antigen-specific antibodies have garnered interest from researchers diagnostic companies, particularly in field detection. discovery history anti-IC antibodies, advantages limitations different reagent preparation methods, mechanisms interaction between ICs are reviewed. A comprehensive overview assay, including pesticide residue detection, mycotoxin clinical as well current challenges potential solutions immunoassays, also summarized provide reference accurate SMAs.
