the
aviation
industry
is

for
a
strong
recovery
from

impacts

COVID-19
pandemic,
with
various
airlines
outperforming
their
pre-pandemic
passenger
and
revenue
records.

study,
we
take
retrospective
view
through
survey
among
participants

ATRS
World
Conference.
Our
survey,
which
received

than

responses,

as
lessons

travel
behavior,

COVID-19

has

our
daily
life,

This
paper
