the

industry
is

for
a

recovery
from

impacts

COVID-19
pandemic,
with
various
airlines
outperforming
their
pre-pandemic
passenger
and
revenue
records.

study,
we
take
retrospective
view
through
survey
among
participants

ATRS

Conference.
Our
survey,
which

than

responses,

COVID-19
outbreak
has

our
daily
life,

This
paper
