The core issue in handling constrained multi-objective optimization problems (CMOP) is how to maintain a balance between objectives and constraints. However, existing evolutionary algorithms (CMOEAs) often fail achieve the desired performance when confronted with complex feasible regions. Building upon this theoretical foundation, two-stage archive-based algorithm (CMOEA-TA) based on genetic (GA) proposed. In CMOEA-TA, First stage: archive appropriately relaxes constraints proportion of solutions constraint violations, compelling population explore more search space. Second Sharing valuable information population, while embedding dominance principles enhance feasibility solutions. addition an angle-based selection strategy was used select increase diversity population. To verify its effectiveness, CMOEA-TA tested 54 CMOPs 4 benchmark suites 7 state-of-the-art were compared. experimental results show that it far superior seven competitors inverse generation distance (IGD) hypervolume (HV) metrics.

Quay cranes (QCs) play a vital role in automated container terminals (ACTs), and once QC malfunctions, it will seriously affect the operation efficiency of ships being loaded unloaded by QC. In this study, we investigate an integrated scheduling problem quay (QCs), yard (YCs), guided vehicles (AGVs) under faults, which is aimed at minimizing loading unloading time determining range adjacent operational QCs faulty reallocating unfinished handling tasks QCs. A mixed integer programming model formulated to dispatch QCs, YCs, AGVs ACTs. To solve model, adaptive two-stage NSGA-II algorithm proposed. Numerical experiments show that proposed can significantly reduce impact on productivity while maintaining its synchronous efficiency. The sensitivity analysis ship scale, location, number indicates has greater influence than their locations, small-scale large-scale ships.
