Purpose This research develops a theoretical framework to understand the role of big data analytics capability (BDAC) in enhancing supply chain sustainability and examines moderating effect green management (GSCM) practices on this relationship. Design/methodology/approach Guided by dynamic view (DCV), we formulated model hypotheses. We used partial least square-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analyze collected from 159 survey responses Bangladeshi ready-made garments (RMG). Findings The statistical analysis revealed that BDAC positively impacts all three dimensions sustainability: economic, social environmental. Additionally, GSCM significantly moderate relationship between sustainability. Research limitations/implications study makes unique contributions operations literature providing empirical evidence insights extend beyond focus single dimensions. findings offer valuable guidelines for policymakers managers enhance through practices. Originality/value advances current understanding integrating with It is among first empirically investigate combined effects – environmental while also exploring By employing DCV, offers robust highlighting interplay technological capabilities achieving sustainable performance.

Purpose Green entrepreneurship (GE) is a novel concept in business and enhances environmentally friendly production operation activities for “sustainable development” (SD). The aim of this study to determine the drivers that contribute growth success “micro, small, medium enterprises” (MSMEs) manufacturing sector India. also examines mutual cause-and-effect relationships among these identified drivers. Design/methodology/approach used integrated research methodology nine key GE (GEDs) through extensive literature reviews, theoretical perspectives (i.e. “resource-based view” (RBV), “natural resource-based (NRBV) “critical factor theory” (CSFT)), expert opinions. Further, “total interpretive structural modeling” (TISM) “matrice d'impacts croisés multiplication appliquée á un classment” (MICMAC) analysis are here develop hierarchical model cluster drivers, fuzzy “decision-making trial evaluation laboratory” (fuzzy-DEMATEL) causal sensitivity conducted ensure robustness results. Findings Results indicated green capability development, process management attitudes toward developing sustainable models significantly impacted SD. findings help managers, policymakers, practitioners gain an in-depth understanding GE. Research limitations/implications considers limited number specific Indian MSMEs only. experts from different enterprises considered data analysis. This based on interrelationships their relative importance multicriteria decision-making techniques. aids government decision-making, policy formulation strategic businesses achieving SD goals. In addition, encourages entrepreneurs start eco-driven companies facilitate use goods offset environmental challenges accomplish development Originality/value proposes will benefit others strategies innovations improve practices. further helps with responsive, various MSMEs.
