Abstract In this paper, text mining technology is utilized to construct talent portrait labeling system, and LDA topic model used mine information dimensions. After that, the fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm (FCM) cluster analyze data. Finally, digital group of higher vocational innovation entrepreneurship education based on FCM constructed implement precise cultivation method. students related in colleges are clustered into four categories: be strengthened, balanced development, skill-deficient, imaginative. The weights theoretical knowledge dimension, practical ability, professional skills, brainstorming competitiveness dimension 0.0970, 0.5796, 0.097, 0.1212 0.1216, respectively. 2022 spring semester, impact “hybrid teaching” variable ability acquisition less than 2021, while “teamwork” “experimental design” also 2021. effects semester lower those so that paper’s teaching traditional innovative entrepreneurial talents different.
