This
study
deals

airlines’
handling

customer
complaints
pre-
and
post-Covid
19.
Authors
extracted
responses
regarding
redress,
timeliness,
apology,
credibility,
facilitation,
attentiveness
analyzed

post-pandemic.

results
indicate
the
differential
impacts
organizational
on
recovery
satisfaction
Attentiveness
(timeliness)
had

significant
role
only
(post-)
pandemic.
Redress,
credibility
facilitation
remained
crucial
in
both
scenarios.

pre-pandemic
showed
that
impact
(credibility,
facilitation)

greater

failures

The
airport
ground
workforce
