This
research
aimed
to
examine
the
impact
of
COVID-19
pandemic
on
Job
Satisfaction
military
and
airline
pilots,
in
order
identify
factors
that
influence
sustainability
aviation
operations
during
global
economic
shocks,
through
prism
industrial
organizational
(I/O)
psychology.
The
primary
focus
was
identifying
linked
pilots'
differentiations
over
time

pandemic,
proposing
measures
mitigate
their
negative
effects.
Survey
data
were
collected
from
203
pilots
March
2021,
subsequently
measured
a
quasi-identical
sample

2023.
During
results

an

decrease
due

The
airport
