Three MCDM are then employed construct criticality ranking after weight each criterion calculated using fuzzy SAW method. Using three approaches, best strategy determined out nine likely causes failure. According PROMETHEE rankings, material wear cause failure, followed rubber quality, high pumping strokes least factor.
