Purpose
The
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
examine
how
users’
intention
adopt
online
banking
influenced
by
perceived
trust
(PT),
awareness
(AWE)
and
social
influence
(SI)
assess
whether
customer
relationship
management
(CRM)
moderates
the
impact
these
factors
on
adoption
intentions.
Design/methodology/approach
Data
were
collected
from
565
respondents
in
Pakistan
using
a
stratified
sampling
technique.

Modeling
with
SmartPLS-4
proposed
relationships.
Findings
This
study’s
findings
reveal
that

AWE
SI
do
not
directly
banking.
Trust
impacts
through
ease

negatively
but
positively
effects

intention.
Originality/value
