With the acceleration of climate change and urbanization, impacts floods on Chinese cities have become increasingly severe, improving urban flood resilience has an urgent issue. Although scholars in China proposed many methods to evaluate last decade, research this field not been critically reviewed thoroughly detail. Therefore, study selects high-quality original papers from previous decade focuses analyzing location, framework, data, analytical methods, limitations current assessment methods. The study's main objective is inform identification a system applicable context while revealing existing methodology's shortcomings data accuracy quality, consideration regional variability, indicator validity. Finally, finds significant challenges eight areas: talent pool, public participation, investment financing mechanisms. It provides targeted strategies, such as building multi-sectoral synergistic governance mechanism.

The recent rise in the applications of advanced technologies sustainable design and construction transportation infrastructure demands an appropriate medium for their integration utilization. relatively new concept Civil Integrated Management (CIM) is such a medium; it enhances development digital twins also embodies various practices tools, including collection, organization, data-management techniques data projects. This paper presents comprehensive analysis CIM tools categorizes its findings into following research topics: application surveying methods (Advanced Surveying); geospatial project planning (Geospatial Analysis); multidimensional virtual models (nD Modeling); Geospatial Building Information Modeling (GeoBIM); maintenance rehabilitation (Asset Management). Despite challenges as modeling complexity, technology investment, security, GIS, BIM, artificial intelligence within asset-management systems hold potential to improve infrastructure’s structural integrity long-term performance through automated monitoring, analysis, predictive during lifetime.

The successful implementation of urban resilience strategies is utmost importance in order to reduce susceptibility and bolster the face climate change consequences. current understanding efficacy different mitigating vulnerability bolstering lacking, despite its significance. This study assesses enhancing resilience. We conducted a comprehensive analysis scholarly literature published English following PRISMA criteria from January 2001 July 2023. Finally, 116 articles met inclusion were selected for in-depth analysis. Results indicate that while have potential enhance resilience, effectiveness techniques contingent upon various factors, such as type hazard, setting, process. also highlights significance stakeholder involvement, community participation, adaptive management essential components effectively implementing measures. Integrating physical, social, institutional practices demonstrated notable effectiveness. reveals improving physical areas strengthening their social capabilities address learn disruptive events pressures can decrease vulnerability. research exposes those focusing solely on single issue, infrastructure, neglecting or elements, which prove less effective. With global climate change and rapid urbanization, it is critical to assess urban flood resilience (UFR) within the social-economic-natural complex ecosystem in dealing with disasters. This research proposes a conceptual framework based on PSR-SENCE model for evaluating exploring trends over time, using 27 cities Yangtze River Delta (YRD) of China as case studies. For overall evaluation, hybrid weighting method, VIKOR, sensitivity analysis were used. During that UFR YRD region averaged moderate level an upward trend. distinguishes between levels fluctuation provinces cities. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui all displayed trend progressive development; however, Shanghai completely opposite pattern, mainly because state dimension. 81.41% exhibited varying, resistance, few demonstrating inverse changes. Regional, provincial, city-level implications are proposed future enhancement. The contributes better understanding under conditions provides significant insights policymakers, planners, practitioners other similar flood-prone areas.
