ABSTRACT
Recent
crises
exacerbate
social,
environmental,
and
economic
problems
affecting
the
Sustainable
Development
Goals
(SDGs)
urban
resilience.
Urgent
action
is
needed
to
address
these
issues.
The
paper
aims
(i)
broaden
debate
on
resilience
SDGs
(ii)
examine
how
interconnection
of
Urban
Spatial
Resilience
(USR)
can
contribute
sustainable
cities
communities.

The
concept
of
urban
resilience
focuses
on
understanding
the
process
and
mechanisms

occurrence,
