The
ecological
health
of
Hebei
Province
is
critical
to
the
sustainable
development
Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei
region.

increasing
intensity
land
use
in
recent
years
has
placed
significant
pressure
on
local
ecosystems,
making
it

understand
how
changes
affect
resilience
across
different
regions
and
time
periods.

evaluate
spatiotemporal
variations
using
indicators

water
resource
supply,
climate
regulation,
hydrological
biodiversity,
landscape

Urban
underground
space
(UUS)

(UR).

The
concept
of
urban
resilience
focuses
on
understanding
the
process
and
mechanisms
disaster
occurrence,

disturbance
flood
