As global energy demand continues to rise, accurate load forecasting has become increasingly crucial for power system operations. This study proposes a novel Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise-Fast Fourier Transform-inverted Transformer-Long Short-Term Memory (CEEMDAN-FFT-iTransformer-LSTM) methodological framework address the challenges of component complexity and transient fluctuations in sequences. The initiates CEEMDAN-based signal decomposition, which dissects original sequence into multiple intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) characterized by different temporal scales frequencies, enabling differentiated processing heterogeneous components. A subsequent application Fast Transform (FFT) extracts discriminative frequency-domain features, thereby enriching feature space spectral information. architecture employs an iTransformer module multi-head self-attention mechanisms capture high-frequency patterns most volatile IMFs, while gated recurrent unit (LSTM) specializes modeling low-frequency components longer dependencies. Clarifying the spatiotemporal changes in supply and demand of water-related ecosystem services (WESs) can provide comprehensive support information for ecological governance decisions. Research on land use carbon emission efficiency (LUCEE) in the Pan-Pearl River Delta (PPRD) can aid formulating regional differentiated reduction strategies. In this work, inversion of emissions using night-time light (NTL) data and modified Carnegie Ames Stanford Approach (CASA) model were used to measure net from (NCELU). Implementing watershed carbon compensation under the constraint of fiscal imbalance is a crucial approach for China to achieve its “dual carbon” goals. Focusing on 257 counties within Pearl River Basin (PRB), this paper first measured and modified land use emissions, absorption, budget (LUCB) from 2005 2020. Subsequently, their spatiotemporal patterns changes before after modifications were analyzed. Finally, determined subject–object, value, priority order using LUCB as baseline mechanism that combines vertical horizontal directions was constructed. To address the prediction problem of international roughness index (IRI), which is influenced by multiple factors, we propose a hunter-prey optimization (H-PO) TabNet model. First, combined data sources, including traffic flow, climate data, pavement basic, and condition aligned with annual detection for highways at spatial resolution 100 m. Second, conducted feature importance analysis on integrated dataset to identify most significant factors influencing surface smoothness, serve as inputs We employed machine-learning models predict IRI using compiled multisource dataset. After comparing predictive performance different models, selected model base optimised its parameter tuning process H-PO algorithm. Finally, ablation experiments were validate proposed The results demonstrate that H-PO-TabNet achieved best performance, an R2 increase 7.92% compared default settings. also attained highest overall accuracy, value 0.8763.
