Abstract
The
excessive
use
of
non-renewable
energy
in
21st-century
economic
growth
has
continued
to
hurt
the
environment
by
accumulating
carbon
dioxide
and
other
greenhouse
gases.
However,
promoting
environmental
sustainability
requires
expanding
clean
utilisation.
In
this
study,
we
examine
effects
expansion
natural
resource
extraction
on
load
capacity
factor
(LCF)
China
from
1970
2018.
Using
dynamic
autoregressive
distributed
lag
simulations
approach,
extend
standard
curve
(LCC)
hypothesis
incorporating
as
main
determinants
LCF.
empirical
outcomes
reveal
that
is,
although
positively
associated
with
LCF,
but
its
squared
term
degrades

confirms
LCC
is
not
valid
for
China.
Moreover,

ABSTRACT
This
study
investigates
the
impact
of
environmental
and
economic
factors
on
carbon
emissions
(CAR)
in
China
from
2007
to
2020,
considering
Environmental
Kuznets
Curve
(EKC)
hypothesis.
We
employ
MM‐QR
approach
analyze
asymmetric
relationships
between
Green
Total
Factor
Productivity
(GTFP),
Fiscal
Expenditure
Technology
(FTE),
Innovation
(GTI),
Level
(INN),
Gross
Domestic
Product
(GDP),
Human
Capital
(HC),
(CAR).
Findings
reveal
that
GTFP,
FTE,
GTI,
INN
exert
significant
negative
impacts
cCAR,
with
these
effects
strengthening
at
higher
quantiles.
suggests
advancements
green
technology
fiscal
policies
promoting
technologies
contribute
reduced
emissions.
Conversely,
GDP
exhibits
a
positive
association
CAR,
potentially
reflecting
initial
stages
EKC.

Abstract
Due
to
the
ongoing
challenges
posed
by
climate
change
and
environmental
degradation,
developing
nations
are
pursuing
initiatives
mitigate
carbon
emissions
at
net
zero
achieve
sustainability
objectives.
To
attain
these
objectives,
it
is
necessary
shift
from
conventional
energy
sources
green
sources.
This
research
paper
examines
dynamic
role
of
market
pricing
in
sustainable
pathways
for
attaining
net-zero
South
Asian
countries
including
India,
Malaysia,
Pakistan,
Bangladesh.
The
study
utilizes
Autoregressive
Distributed
Lag
simulations
(DARDLS)
technique
panel
data
spanning
1990
2018.
findings
reveal
a
positive
correlation
between
development
short
run,
with
reverse
effects
long
run.
Furthermore,
there
an
inverse
relationship
prices,
emissions,
which
strengthens
over
time.
Based
on
results,
suggests
that
Asia
region
especially
susceptible
impacts
change.
Therefore,
governments
should
consider
implementing
favourable
policies
support
development,
providing
financial
assistance,
offering
subsidies
technology,
reducing
tariffs,
establishing
strong
frameworks

regulations.

The
urgent
need

change

2
emissions,

risk.Using
data
from
France
spanning
1985
2021,
we
employ
kernel-based
regularized
least
squares
(KRLS)
methodology,
complemented
by
quantile
regression
(QR),
analyse
these
relationships.Our
findings
indicate
that
policies
promoting
green
have
a
positive
impact
on
emissions.However,
risk
exacerbate
environmental
challenges
increasing
emissions.Thus,
our
underscores
importance
continued
support
policymakers
for
effectively
pursue
Sustainable
Development
Goals
(SDGs).Additionally,
as
world
prepares
COP28,
emphasize
urgency
meeting
global
targets.
