The air pollution as a part of human activity represents major threat to health causing millions deaths around the world. How people perceive risks is determining factor in mitigating effects. aim study was adapt risk perception scale (SRPAP). In addition, aimed report on population. sample 562 participants from Peru. Participants were recruited online during months November 2022 July 2023. results identified two-factor solution, (1) social and (2) personal factor. factors scored well reliability validity indices. correlation two optimal demonstrated existence general or holistic component. Significant differences observed with respect gender. Finally, implications for development future studies public programs mitigate impact are discussed.
