Understanding public experiences of urban parks is crucial for their sustainable and effective management. While traditional surveys demand substantial resources, social media data present a cost-effective approach to capturing people's perceptions. This study utilizes Google reviews examine users' sentiments regarding Cairo's parks. Using topic modeling, we identified four key themes: quality maintenance, family activities, costs affordability, natural environment. Sentiment analysis revealed that 79.8% expressed positive sentiments, while 8.1% were negative. Statistical indicated that: (1) safety commercialization-related factors like food ticket prices significantly influence park accessibility; (2) attractiveness strongly associated with the park's cultural (e.g., aesthetic experiences, leisure entertainment opportunities) regulatory features cleanliness, quietness). An in-depth content validated these findings added nuanced interpretation. These demonstrated online can serve as valuable indicator accessibility attractiveness, thereby fostering more informed management decisions. However, also acknowledge limitations, such potential bias towards tech-savvy users lack detailed demographic information. Therefore, future research should combine qualitative methods capture broader socio-cultural dynamics influencing use.

The accessibility and utilization of Urban Green Spaces (UGSs) play a crucial role in enhancing the health benefits overall quality life for urban residents. However, it is evident that not just single factor, but rather multitude factors, influence use UGSs. Consequently, this study aims to systematically review determinants UGSs, highlighting their complex interrelations through socio-ecological framework. By conducting literature across two major databases, Scopus Web Science (WOS), total 163 articles published between 1988 January 31, 2024, were included study. analysis provides an overview reviewed studies, focusing on aspects such as publication year, geographical distribution, research designs, classifications sampling techniques, sample populations, assessment measures. Furthermore, identifies key affecting individuals' including personal/individual, socio-cultural, physical/environmental, institutional, transport, psychological factors. Based these findings, conceptual framework proposed better understand dynamics UGS use. This designed aid planners designers improving equalizing distribution UGSs meet diverse needs community comprehensively serves foundational guide future research.
