The average life of a dog is generally maintained at ten to fifteen years, and tumours are the predominant reason that leads death dogs, especially canine mammary carcinoma. Therefore, early diagnosis very important. In this study, tumor size, morphology, texture could be seen through general clinical examination, metastasis imaging inflammatory reactions hematological abnormal cell morphology cytological histopathological examination. 269 malignant cases 179 benign cases, we randomly selected 30 each, an additional healthy dogs were for experiment (healthy dogs: in good physical condition without any or other diseases). We used RT-qPCR ELISA determine relative expression vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), protein P53 (P53), serum ferritin (SF), NOD-like receptor 3 (NLRP3) with tumours, tumours. results, same trend was obtained both tissues, four markers highest highly significant differences compared healthy/paracancerous groups.
