To investigate the therapeutic effects of PRAC on acute liver injury and its potential as an ingredient in drugs nutraceuticals. This study employed both response surface methodology (RSM) and artificial neural network (ANN) to optimize the technological conditions for citric acid-assisted extraction of bioactive components from Lonicera caerulea pomace. We optimized contents polyphenols crude polysaccharides in extract based on volume, temperature, time. The ANN model exhibited superior predictability accuracy compared RSM model. Using acid solution with a pH 2 as agent, optimal were solid-to-liquid ratio 1:36, an temperature 63 °C, time 4 h. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that destroyed microstructure pomace, facilitating release bound substances. Furthermore, storage stability experiment demonstrated retention rates polyphenols, polysaccharides, anthocyanins, flavonoids, antioxidant capacity powdered pomace remained above 90% after weeks at °C dark. Anthocyanin, primary polyphenol caerulea, correlated significantly activity, confirmed by PCA results.

This work reports on the optimization of a porous diverter plate for micro-jet heat sink to obtain optimum jet nozzle diameter and flow opening ratio, which play significant role in cooling characteristics sinks electronic chips. An artificial neural network (ANN) model was used optimize predict sensitivity different parameters (coolant rate, diameter) operation design. It found that smaller ratios diameters range 2.0–3.2 mm had positive effect improving sink's thermal performance. Moreover, plate's ratio major pumping power, while lowest sensitivity. Finally, overall all designs were evaluated using PPTR parameter, results demonstrate with an 0.08 1.81 yielded design sink.
