Our understanding of COVID-19 vaccinations and their impact on health mortality has evolved substantially since the first vaccine rollouts. Published reports from original randomized phase 3 trials concluded that mRNA vaccines could greatly reduce symptoms. In interim, problems with methods, execution, reporting these pivotal have emerged. Re-analysis Pfizer trial data identified statistically significant increases in serious adverse events (SAEs) group. Numerous SAEs were following Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), including death, cancer, cardiac events, various autoimmune, hematological, reproductive, neurological disorders. Furthermore, products never underwent adequate safety toxicological testing accordance previously established scientific standards. Among other major topics addressed this narrative review are published analyses harms to humans, quality control issues process-related impurities, mechanisms underlying (AEs), immunologic basis for inefficacy, concerning trends based registrational data. The risk-benefit imbalance substantiated by evidence date contraindicates further booster injections suggests that, at a minimum, should be removed childhood immunization program until proper studies conducted. Federal agency approval blanket-coverage population-wide had no support an honest assessment all relevant commensurate consideration risks versus benefits. Given extensive, well-documented unacceptably high harm-to-reward ratio, we urge governments endorse global moratorium modified questions pertaining causality, residual DNA, aberrant protein production answered.

When it comes to health-related information-seeking behavior, online communities play a key role for some groups, such as parents. With case study of in loosely organized vaccination system, that Austria, we how parents make use prominent forum (parents.at) their trajectories and situate this analysis its socio-political context. Third, basis, deliberating future or past vaccination-related decisions. frequently draw idiosyncratic notions individual risks benefits. Abstract Background The objective of this study was to determine the factors associated with low or no parental intention vaccinate children 0-4-years in Canada a COVID-19 vaccine through 2022 Childhood Immunization Coverage Survey (CCICS). CCICS conducted prior introduction and recommendation for age group. Methods Simple multiple logistic regression models were used associations between sociodemographic as well knowledge, attitudes beliefs low/no intentions against among parents 0–4 years. Results Factors included being male (aOR: 2.0; 95% CI: 2.0‒2.1) compared female; 30–39 (aOR 1.1; 1.1‒1.2) 40+; Black 2.3, 2.2‒2.5), East/Southeast Asian 3.6, 3.3‒3.8), having ethnicities 1.3, 1.1‒1.6) White European ethnicity; living rural 2.0, 1.9‒2.1) urban community; total 2021 household income $60,000‒$79,999 CAD 1.4, 1.3‒1.5) $150,000 above; trusting government bodies 2.4; 1.1‒1.2), international media 1.9‒2.2) information about vaccines health care providers. Conclusions findings demonstrate that several impact decision years COVID-19. Future research should focus on barriers vaccination how most appropriately tailor delivery programs specific groups, an effort narrow gap uptake younger children. As well, messaging specifically be targeted who have lower confidence provide correct build trust.
