The modernization of agriculture has transformed natural agrarian systems into other new conventional ones, making it possible to exponentially increase agricultural production. This leads the destruction ecological functions, and services, negative impacts on human health. critical situation given rise a model called agroecology, which emerged as systemic approach that can understand practices traditional systems, scientific discipline defines, classifies, studies agrosystems from an socio-economic point view. paper explores major problems agriculture, including climate change, monoculture, chemical fertilization at local, regional global scale. Equally, we defined different concepts bring together agroecological approach. We based agroecology discipline, practice by defining their scale application, well politico-economic aspect this concept. Further, have proposed alternatives remedy three recorded in first section, several recent research examine whether positive results fertilization, changes. However, more advanced studies, using rigorous design, such case controls, longitudinal surveys regions where is main source income, Morocco, are still needed. These investigations suggested fill gap data areas fields research.

Background Dengue, a viral infection transmitted by Aedes species mosquitoes, presents substantial global public health concern, particularly in tropical regions. In Bangladesh, where dengue prevalence is noteworthy, accurately mapping the distribution of high-risk and low-risk areas comprehending clustering cases throughout year essential for development effective risk-based prevention control strategies. Our objective was to identify hotspots temporal patterns over years across Bangladesh 2019–2023 excluding 2020. Methods A sequential spatial analysis employed each cases. Choropleth graphs were used visualize geographic incidence rates per million population areas. Monthly performed trends 2022 2023. Additionally, Moran’s I test assess overall geographical pattern. Subsequently, Anselin local identified incidences. Results Dengue exhibited significant increase from 2019 2023 (excluding 2020 data), with cumulative total 513,344 reported Dhaka city initially bore burden, accounting half (51%) 101,354 2019. The case fatality rate also demonstrated steadily rise, reaching 0.5% 321,179 (a five-fold compare 2022). Interestingly, proportion decreased 51% 34% Notably, southeast central regions showed highest rates, persisting study period. Cases concentrated urban regions, City exhibiting caseload most years, followed Manikganj distinct shift transmission observed 2023, when peak occurred three months earlier July complete coverage (all 64 districts) compared October (covering 95%, 61 districts). Positive autocorrelation revealed dependence, more stable previous years. Several districts like, Bagerhat, Barisal, Faridpur remained persistent or emerged as new Conversely, like Dinajpur, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, Rangpur Sylhet consistently low caseloads, categorized coldspots Jhalokati Gopalganj 2022, both classified low-incidence district surrounded high-incidence districts, Conclusion This sheds light on spatiotemporal dynamics identifying patterns. These insights offer valuable information designing implementing targeted interventions Furthermore, highlight need adaptable strategies address region’s evolving nature effectively.

Dhaka is one of the world’s densely populated cities and faces significant public health challenges including high burden diarrhoeal diseases. Climate change intensifying existing environmental problems urban heat island effect poor water quality. While numerous epidemiological studies have linked meteorological factors to diseases in Bangladesh, assessment impacts future climate on scarce. We provide disease project risks under scenarios. About 3 million acute diarrhoea cases presenting Hospital International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research Bangladesh (icddr,b) during 1981–2010 were daily temperature, rainfall humidity association investigated using time series adapted negative binomial regression models employing constrained distributed lag linear models. The findings applied projections estimate various global warming There was a significantly raised risk hospitalisation all ages with mean temperature (RR: 3.4, 95% CI: 3.0–3.7) after controlling confounding effects heavy rainfall, humidity, autocorrelations, day week effect, long-term time, seasonal trends. Using incidence rate ratio (IRR) 1.034, increases based targets 1.5–2°C could result an increase hospitalisations by 4.5–7.4% age groups 2100s. These more pronounced among <5 children where predicted raise 5.7% - 9.4%. Diarrhoea will even if adopted Paris Agreement reached. This underscores importance preparing city management prevention
