Nowadays, given the background of global climate change, issue responsible conduct towards society and nature, must concern us all. Current trends at European level are converging a growing legal awareness obligations we all have nature: public authorities, states, but also citizens. The situation abandoned waste often leads authorities to resort public-private partnerships in order offer possible solutions protect planet, preserve improve quality environment mitigate man-made damage. pretext our paper is introduction by Romanian executive deposit-return system, as novelty. It was adopted October 2021 launched on November 30, 2023. Therefore, purpose this study learn much about implementation mechanism country, which aims increase collection recycling non-reusable primary packaging. In regard, analysis will investigate from an interdisciplinary perspective, one hand, applicable framework and, other capture regarding system. We believe that topic general interest, makes it important not only for private individuals. Plastic production has increased over the years and packaging industry was responsible for 44% of total plastic production. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), due to its favorable properties, is one most used polymers in this sector. This study first aimed compare environmental performance related a novel recycled PET (rPET) form, namely, rPET flake, then it with virgin (vPET) pellet. Secondly, impacts four water bottles different compositions, option A composed only vPET, B made 50% vPET pellet, C 75% pellet 25% D flake. Option designed as single-use bottle, while remaining options (Options B, D) were thought be reusable bottles, that reason heavier more robust compared A. The impact assessment followed International Standard Rules Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), method Environmental Product Declaration. Ecoibéria Logoplaste provided majority required data, three functional units considered. 1 kg PET, second finally, third consumption 2 l bottles. O artigo avalia os impactos ambientais associados às camisetas feitas de algodão, PET reciclado e poliamida 6.6, com o objetivo fornecer informações sobre a produção têxtil sustentável. A metodologia envolve Avaliação do Ciclo Vida (ACV) que examina vários fatores, como consumo água, emissões CO₂, uso energia, durabilidade reciclabilidade durante todo ciclo vida das camisetas. Abstract Degradation, a common problem faced during the processing of recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET), leads to significant embrittlement products, as result which material loses its applicability. Increased crystallization rate short chains PET and obstructed mobility amorphous phase are main causes enhanced brittleness. In this research, straightforward method is proposed for improving toughness namely devitrification rigid by thermal annealing, results in molecular fraction, thereby promoting ductile deformation. The effects annealing conditions comprehensively evaluated on microstructure macroscopic properties, i.e., impact resistance, films. perforation energy value film found increase threefold, reaching higher than 18 J mm −1 , 10 s treatment at 120 °C. Differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic mechanical analyses, thermally stimulated depolarization current measurements provide evidence fraction under these conditions, key efficient enhancement toughness.

Microplastics are widespread in the oceans as a new type of pollutant. Due to special geographical environment characteristics, Yangtze River estuary region become hotspot for microplastics research. In 2017 and 2019, surface seawater samples were collected from five stations off during four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter). The abundance characteristics researched. results showed that widely existed seawater; average was (0.17 ± 0.14) items/m3 (0.00561 0.00462) mg/m3; accounting 80% total plastic debris, at moderately low levels compared national international studies. particle size most between 1 mm 2 mm, 36.1% microplastics. main shapes fiber, flake, line, 39.5%, 28.4%, 20.8%, respectively. Polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, components microplastics, 41.0%, 25.1%, 24.9%, Yellow, green, black, transparent common colors, 21.9%, 19.6%, 16.5%, 15.7%, This study shows spatial distribution waters decreasing trend nearshore farshore due influence land-based inputs, hydrodynamics, human activities; has obvious seasonal changes, level microplastic pollution is higher summer. potential ecological risk relatively small.
