Abstract
In
urbanization,
understanding

water
consumption
is
necessary
for
supply
infrastructure
development.
We
have
been
studying
at
Iride-Chibata
District
in
the
development
management
Kosai
City,
Shizuoka
Prefecture,
Japan.
Here
has
managed
by
reading
meter
each
household
every
two
months.
Meanwhile,
with
provision
smart
metering
electricity,
district
installed
meters,
which
can
hourly
monitor
consumption,
all

households.
