This research seeks to thoroughly examine the present state and hotspots in Mendelian randomization (MR) osteoporosis (OP)-related fields, providing a reference for future directions this area. Following an exhaustive search of Web Science Core Collection database, our analysis utilized citation statistics studies conducted from January 1, 2007, through March 15, 2024. Bibliometric visual analyses were using two online systems, CiteSpace VOSviewer. The included variety dimensions, including distribution citations, authorship, published journals, year publication, countries, co-occurrence keywords keyword clustering. From 2007 2024, number publications MR OP-related fields showed overall increased. High-impact leading contributors primarily China, followed by USA England. journal with largest is Journal Bone Mineral Research. Risk factor research, genome-wide associations, meta-analysis, fractures, gene loci main hotspots. Interdisciplinary integration, combined data clinical trials observational studies, represents development trend. Research on has mainly been USA, aimed at exploring causative between risk factors OP. Future are likely center multidisciplinary integration.

Exosomes, which are extracellular vesicles secreted and released from specific cells, exist widely in cell culture supernatants various body fluids. This study aimed to analyze the research status of exosomes stroke, predict developmental trends via bibliometric analyses. The related literature January 1, 2008 2024 was searched Web Science Core Collection 943 articles were retrieved. VOSviewer used visualize national cooperation institutional cooperation. Cluster analysis keywords Citespace applied for mutation analysis. Results: works showed that number published has been steadily increasing since 2015. It is predicted nearly 211 will be 220 annually by 2028. China largest publications (473), followed United States (234), Germany (61). institution with most Henry Ford Hospital (Detroit, MI). In keyword cluster “Exosomes Mechanism Stroke: Inflammation Apoptosis,” inflammation identified as hotspots. “Functional recovery” a new trend “Angiogenesis Functional Recovery after Stroke.” main forces this field, both countries focusing on drug treatments. studies have mainly States. findings our analyses may enable researchers choose appropriate institutions, collaborators, journals.
