Abstract Indonesia generally has better food security performance, but the extent of access at commodity and regional level still needs to be questioned. The present study examines causes purchasing frequency dietary habits beef (access beef) in eastern Indonesia, a low-income region. variables under are related Turner’s colleagues’ model, so other aim is prove workability model. This research used survey by randomly distributing an online questionnaire from July October 2023 408 meat consumers/buyers Indonesia’s western part (high-income region) (low-income region).
