In review, we mainly focused on biopharmaceutical significance polymeric nanoparticles (PNPs) (made from natural polymers) various diseases such psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (AD), infection, cancer, acute-to-chronic wounds, acne. encapsulation drug(s) into inner core or adsorption onto shell PNPs has shown marked improvement in physicochemical properties, avoiding premature degradation controlling release kinetics, permeation through SC, retention layers.
