Background In biomedical research, it is often desirable to seek consensus among individuals who have differing perspectives and experience. This important when evidence emerging, inconsistent, limited, or absent. Even research abundant, clinical recommendations, policy decisions, priority-setting may still require agreement from multiple, sometimes ideologically opposed parties. Despite their prominence influence on key methods are poorly reported. Our aim was develop the first reporting guideline dedicated applicable all used in regardless of objective process, called ACCORD (ACcurate COnsensus Reporting Document). Methods findings We followed methodology recommended by EQUATOR Network for development guidelines: a systematic review Delphi process meetings finalize checklist. Background: Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a complex neurodegenerative disorder impacting everyday function and quality of life. Rehabilitation plays crucial role in improving symptoms, function, life reducing disability, particularly given the lack disease-modifying agents limitations medications surgical therapies. However, rehabilitative care under-recognized under-utilized PD often only utilized later stages, despite research guidelines demonstrating its positive effects. Currently, there consensus regarding fundamental topics related to services PD. Objective: The goal international Foundation Medicine Task Force was develop statement incorporation rehabilitation care. Methods: Force, comprised multidisciplinary experts people directly affected by PD, met virtually discuss such as services, existing therapy literature gaps needs. A systematic, interactive, iterative process used consensus-based statements on core components discipline-specific interventions. Results: expert-based outlines key tenets including approach guidance for occupational therapy, physical speech language pathology/therapy, psychology/neuropsychology across all stages. Conclusions: Rehabilitative interventions should be an essential component comprehensive treatment from diagnosis advanced disease. Greater education awareness benefits with their partners, further evidence-based scientific study are encouraged.

ABSTRACT Introduction People with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use conditions and their families (PWLE) are increasingly engaged in research, yet rigorous guidelines for engagement lacking. This study aims to co‐design best practice support the authentic, meaningful PWLE research. Methods A multi‐panel modified Delphi was conducted 61 expert panelists (35 family members, 26 researchers/research staff from across Canada). Participants rated 56 recommendations importance clarity. Consensus defined as ≥ 70% participants rating items at 6 or 7 on a 7‐point Likert scale (‘very important’ ‘essential’). Qualitative feedback analysed using content analysis identify new reviewed improvements item After each round, not meeting established threshold were removed. Items low clarity scores reworded. advisory panel actively involved throughout study's design, implementation, interpretation, reporting, ensuring that perspectives people integrated research process. Results Three Rounds conducted. In Round 1, ratings ranged 51.7% 96.7% ranking above (average 80.1%), ranging 39.3% 86.9% 70.7%) an average coefficient variation (CV) 0.16. Four deleted, two added fifty‐five revised. 2, 60 (98.4%) responded. Importance 57.6% 80.2%; CV = 0.20). Clarity 50.9% 93.2% 77.9%). The number of centenarians worldwide is expected to increase dramatically, reaching 3.4 million by 2050 and >25 2100. Despite these projections, depression remains a prevalent yet underdiagnosed undertreated condition among this population that carries significant health risks. This study aimed identify achieve consensus on the most representative signs symptoms in near-centenarians (aged ≥95 years) through an e-Delphi with international interdisciplinary panel experts. Ultimately, outcomes might help create screening instrument specifically designed for unique population. A modified was carried out expert depressive centenarians. 28 experts recruited. Consensus defined as 70% agreement relevance each item. Data were collected web-based questionnaire over 3 rounds. Experts rated 104 items divided into 24 dimensions 80 criteria age group. consisted from various countries, including physicians experience old psychiatry or geriatrics well nurses psychologists. response rate remained consistent rounds (20/28, 71% 21/28, 75%).
