Abstract Despite decades of research, cancer continues to be a major global health concern. The human mouth appears multiplicity local environments communicating with other organs and causing diseases via microbes. Nowadays, the role oral microbes in development progression has received increasing scrutiny. At same time, bioengineering technology nanotechnology is growing rapidly, which physiological activities natural bacteria are modified improve therapeutic efficiency cancers. These engineered were transformed achieve directed genetic reprogramming, selective functional reorganization precise control. In contrast endotoxins produced by typical genetically bacteria, flora exhibits favorable biosafety characteristics. To outline current cognitions upon microbes, cancers, related literatures searched reviewed based on PubMed database. We focused number mechanisms associated tumor microenvironment, involve occurrence development. Whether engineering can possible application therapy worth consideration. A deeper understanding relationship between may enhance our knowledge pathogenesis thus providing new insights strategies for prevention treatment.

Breast cancer (BC) is one of the most common cancers worldwide and a leading cause cancer-related deaths among women. The escalating incidence BC underscores necessity multi-level treatment. complex heterogeneous disease involving many genetic, lifestyle, environmental factors. Growing evidence suggests that nutrition intervention an evolving effective prevention treatment strategy for BC. In addition, human microbiota, particularly gut now widely recognized as significant player contributing to health or status. It also associated with risk development This review will focus on in BC, including dietary patterns, bioactive compounds, nutrients affect therapeutic responses both animal studies. Additionally, this paper examines impacts these interventions modulating composition functionality microbiome, highlighting microbiome-mediated mechanisms combination factors microbes discussed. Insights from emphasize comprehensive management focuses nutrition–microbiome axis.

Standard clinical parameters like tumorsize, age, lymph node status, and molecular markers are used to predictprogression risk treatment response. However, exploring additional markersthat reflect underlying biology could offer a more comprehensive understandingof the tumor microenvironment (TME). The TME influences development, progression, disease severity, survival, with tumor-associated bacteriaposited play significant roles. Studies on microbiota havefocused high bacterial-load sites such as gut, oral cavity, stomach, but interest is growing in non-gastrointestinal (GI) solid tumors, asbreast, lung, pancreas. Microbe-based biomarkers, including Helicobacter pylori, humanpapillomavirus (HPV), hepatitis B C viruses, have proven valuable inpredicting gastric, cervical, renal cancers. Potential of prognostic andpredictive bacterial biomarkers non-GI tumors methodologiesused. Advances techniques 16SrRNA gene sequencing, qPCR, immunostaining, situ hybridization enabled detailed analysis ofdifficult-to-culture microbes tumors. ensure reliableresults, it critical standardize protocols, accurately align reads, address contamination, maintain proper sample handling. This will pave theway for developing reliable that enhance prognosis, prediction, personalized planning.

Background: The human digestive system contains approximately 100 trillion bacteria. gut microbiota is an emerging field of research that associated with specific biological processes in many diseases, including cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, brain rheumatoid arthritis, and cancer. Emerging evidence indicates the affects response to anticancer therapies by modulating host immune system. Recent studies have explained a high correlation between breast cancer: dysbiosis cancer may regulate systemic inflammatory response, hormone metabolism, tumor microenvironment. Some bacteria are related estrogen which increase or decrease risk changing number hormones. Further, has been seen modulate respect its ability protect against treat cancers, focus on receptor-positive Probiotics other claiming control microbiome bacterial means might be useful prevention, even treatment, Conclusions: present review underlines various aspects clinical application, warranting individualized microbiome-modulated therapeutic approaches treatment.

Background: The oral microbiome has been intricately linked to various pathological conditions, notably cancer, though clear causal links remain elusive. This study aimed investigate the potential relationships between and seven major cancers: breast, lung, pancreatic, colorectal, gastric, ovarian, prostate cancers, leveraging Mendelian randomization (MR). Methods: A two-sample MR analysis was conducted using genome-wide association (GWAS) data specific microbiota in individuals of East Asian descent. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) independent confounders served as instrumental variables (IVs) deduce causality. methodologies such inverse variance weighted (IVW) method, median (WM) randomization-Egger (MR-Egger) method were employed. utilized datasets encapsulating a multitude cancer cases controls, focusing on populations. Results: Our revealed intricate associations bacterial genera diverse cancers. Notably, Fusobacterium showed mixed with while like Prevotella Streptococcus exhibited nuanced roles across malignancies. genus Aggregatibacter demonstrated multifaceted influence, positively correlating some cancers inhibiting others. Conclusion: findings underscore profound implications systemic malignancies, suggesting modulatory etiology. These insights, preliminary, accentuate need for deeper exploration could pave way novel therapeutic strategies.

Saliva is a promising biological fluid for the diagnosis and monitoring of diseases, including breast cancer. To study composition saliva, complex "omics" technologies used: genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics microbiomics. In this review, we systematized all known in their application to saliva analysis cancer order understand how complete picture provided by combination different areas research identify missing links. It has been shown that studies are chaotic unsystematic. Inconsistency sample sizes high heterogeneity were identified. The main tasks need be solved harmonious development salivaomics new direction-"salivaonkoomics" formulated. Thus, it necessary systematize unify biomarkers within each area "omics", size its homogeneity, list methods approaches, biomarkers, reproducibility results, ability transfer results other samples. important expand number components adding (for example, spectralomics, etc.), as well studying relationships between (interactomics). All together will allow not only but also many pathologies qualitatively level.

This is resurrection Russel's bacterial cause theory, which was fact abandoned 100 ago. review will introduce some exemplify carcinogenesis metastasis provide mechanistic explanations for these phenomena. Such information would able justify utility as biomarkers disease progression therapeutic targets.
