Abstract Photothermal therapy (PTT) holds potential as an alternative approach for effective cancer treatment since it exerts minimal side effects on normal tissues. However, the photothermal stimulation increases expression of heat shock protein (HSP) in tumor cells, rendering cells insensitive to and thus constraining PTT. In this study, biomimetic aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) agents with hitchhiking ability (DC@BPBBT dots) are developed by coating nanoaggregates NIR AIE polymeric dendritic cell (DC) membranes. Notably, inner nanoaggregate (BPBBT bright second‐window near infrared (NIR‐II) fluorescence (quantum yield up 3.47%) a high conversion performance (photothermal efficiency 30.5%), outer membrane can facilitate DC@BPBBT dots endogenous T enhance delivery about 1.2 times. Furthermore, activate stimulate vivo secrete cytokine necrosis factor α (TNF‐α), which reduce 70 (HSP70) render more sensitive heat. This study not only provides inhibition strategy based immune interactions but also hitchhike drug immunotherapy.
