Compared with traditional "lock–key mode" biosensors, a sensor array consists of series sensing elements based on intermolecular interactions (typically hydrogen bonds, van der Waals forces, and electrostatic interactions). At the same time, arrays also have advantages fast response, high sensitivity, low energy consumption, cost, rich output signals, imageability, which attracted widespread attention from researchers. Nanozymes are nanomaterials own enzyme-like properties. Because adjustable activity, stability, cost effectiveness nanozymes, they potential candidates for construction to different signals analytes through chemoresponse colorants, solves shortcomings sensors that cannot support multiple detection lack universality. The abuse or misuse of antibiotics in clinical and agricultural settings severely endangers human health ecosystems, which has raised profound concerns for public worldwide. Trace detection reliable discrimination commonly used fluoroquinolone (FQ) their analogues have consequently become urgent to guide the rational use antibiotic medicines deliver efficient treatments associated diseases. Herein, we report a wearable eye patch integrated with quadruplex nanosensor chip noninvasive primary FQ tears during routine eyedrop treatment. A set dual-mode fluorescent nanoprobes red- green-emitting CdTe quantum dots lanthanide ions sensitizer, adenosine monophosphate, were constructed provide an enhanced fluorescence up 45-fold nanomolar sensitivity toward major FQs owing aggregation-regulated antenna effect. aggregation-driven, CdTe–Ln(III)-based microfluidic sensor is highly specific against other non-FQ counterparts biomolecular interfering species able accurately discriminate nine types suspensions using linear discriminant analysis. prototyped sensing detector proven be biocompatible nontoxic tissues, integrates entire optical imaging modules into miniaturized, smartphone-based platform field reduces overall assay time ∼5 min. practicability was demonstrated through accurate quantification bactericidal event continuous profiling residues after typical prescription eyedrop.
