Polyesters
based
on
2,5-furandicarboxylic
acid
(2,5-FDCA)
have
attracted
attention
from
both
academia
and
industry
as
a
new
class
of
biobased
polymers
for
the
growing
era
plastics.
2,5-FDCA-based
polyesters
are
100%
renewable,
they
an
alternative
to
petroleum-based
or
terephthalic
(TPA)-based
polyesters.
Moreover,
scientists

cost-effective

Plasticizers
are
functional
additives
that
have
been
widely
utilized
to
enhance
the
mechanical
properties
and
processing
technology
of
explosive
systems.
However,
due

demand
for
energetic
formulations

propellants,
traditional
plasticizers
gradually
being
replaced
by
plasticizers.
Azido
plasticizer,
a
type
possesses
excellent
thermal
stability

glass
transition
temperature.

In
recent
years,
novel

various
groups

Abstract
This
study
explored
the
stability
and
thermo‐kinetic
features
of
double
base
nitrocellulose
(NC)/diethylene
glycol
dinitrate
(DEGDN)
propellant
supplemented
with
Kraft
lignin.
For
this
purpose,
impact
2‐nitrodiphenylamine
(2‐NDPA),
1,3‐dimethyl‐1,3‐diphenylurea
(C‐II)
lignin
stabilizers
on
molecular
structure,
morphology,
thermokinetic
behavior
NC/DEGDN
composite
were
thoroughly
analyzed.
Experimental
results
showed
that
exhibits
promising
stabilizing
efficiency
comparable
to
conventional
2‐NDPA
C‐II.
In
addition,
thermal
findings
highlighted
incorporation
2‐NDPA,
C‐II,
has
improved
decomposition
temperature
propellant.
The
investigation
thermolysis
kinetics
stabilized
composites
demonstrated
an
increase
in
Arrhenius
parameters
respect
baseline.
Above
all,
contributes
ongoing
efforts
develop
new
environmentally
friendly
for
nitrate
esters‐based
composites.

Effect of Various Stabilizers on the Characteristics of a Nitrate Esters-Double Base Propellant under Thermal Aging

The
current
study
examined
the
stabilizing
effect
of
lignin
biopolymer
in
comparison
to
traditional
2-nitrodiphenylamine
(2-NDPA)
and
1,3-Dimethyl-1,3-diphenylurea
(C-II)
stabilizers
on
stability
double-base
nitrocellulose
(NC)/diethylene
glycol
dinitrate
(DEGDN)
propellant
during
artificial
aging
(at
338.65
K
for
60
days).
Various
spectroscopic
techniques,
including
Fourier
Transform
Infrared
Spectroscopy
(FTIR)
X-ray
Diffraction
(XRD),
were
used,
along
with
tests
like
Bergmann-Junk
(BJ)
test
isothermal
thermogravimetric
analysis
(TGA).
Experimental
results
confirmed
that
FTIR
XRD
provided
valuable
insights
into
chemical
changes
aging.
Particularly,
lignin-stabilized
NC/DEGDN
exhibited
comparable
C-II
2-NDPA
at
all
stages
aging,
as
evidenced
by
amount
released
nitrous
gases
measured
BJ
thermal
assessed
TGA.
Additionally,
multivariate
data
using
principal
component
(PCA)
spectra
successfully
differentiated
between
aged
unaged
samples
highlighted
trends
stability.
Overall,
findings
suggest
offers
a
propellants
relative
stabilizers.

мононитроксиметил-
и
динитроксиметил
производные.
Структура
полученных
соединений
подтверждена
методами
ИК-
ЯМР-спектроскопии.
Данные
соединения
представляют
интерес
качестве
индивидуальных
энергоемких
веществ,
а
также
строительных
блоков
для
последующих
химических
превращений
функцианализации
дополнительными
эксплозофорными
фрагментами.

Abstract
In

1,3‐dinitroxy‐2‐nitrazapropane

1,7‐dinitroxy‐2,4,6‐trinitrazaheptane
